We wish to welcome you to join our Zoom group as we are here to try to help you out as much as we can. We are going to make this a 14 week session as we are going to add the "How to Survive the Holidays" video and discussion. This will happen just before the holidays and will help you be able to deal with them much better. As I said we are here to help you as much as we can and we will even offer counseling too if you need some.
