Grief is not something that can be ignored. It has to come out at some point. For those who run from it, try to stay busy or pretend their ‘”ok”, grief usually comes out in unhealthy ways. We tend to isolate ourselves, eat too much, spend too much or even make decisions we later regret. Grief is very personal and no two people do it the same. The only way a person does grief wrong, is to pretend it doesn’t exist.
