Loss comes in all forms, the loss of a loved one, divorce, career, physical function etc. GriefShare is an excellent source in helping you deal, accept and finally cope with any loss. This is a 13 week study with daily or weekly exercises to help you work through your loss. There is 13 weeks of excellent video's we watch and group discussion. Hope to see you in class. :)
