I am Glenis and I have been on this grief journey 4 years. Grief Share was an integral part of my healing very early on, as well as when I returned for another round 2 years later.. My dear friend, Therese, has also been in this journey about the same length of time and she will be co-faciitating with me. We have both found that walking the journey with others is so important as we lift each other's burdens. Please join us in the safe environment of Grief Share with other souls that "get it". You are not required to speak, but I encourage you to attend and take in what this program has to offer.
