Losing someone you care about is hard and overwhelming. So many emotions. So many unfamiliar feelings and “speedbumps”. GriefShare is a place to take a breath, shed a tear, and share a feeling. You can do this and more in an environment that is both confidential and comforting. As a group, we will learn how to navigate the many aspects of grief. We will share strategies and experiences that help us come out on the other side with understanding and hope. You are welcome to join us at any point in the 13 week cycle.
