This 13 week grief group is for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. Come to be loved on, listened to, and supported by others who have experienced loss. Every week we watch a video, have a short discussion time and review our time in our workbook during the previous week. There is never pressure to talk if you’d rather not and no pressure to attend all 13 sessions in order. Please feel free to call me, Cheryl, with questions.
