Everyone is welcome here! This is a safe place to come to learn how to navigate through the grief process. It's helpful to be with others who are experiencing some of the same things you might be going through. You are invited to share if you feel comfortable doing so-but it isn't a requirement. Our discussions are kept confidential, we do not discuss anything that is said with others. You do not have to start at the beginning, you may join in at any time.
