Our group is open to anyone who is grieving the loss of loved one, family member or friend. Grief is very a real emotion that can control our life. We will explore ways to honor your emotions while moving towards recovery. Recovery doesn't mean forgetting the source of your grief, it means claiming your circumstances instead of your circumstances claiming you. We will be using a 13 session guided program.
Unless there is a severe weather situation or family emergency we will meet.
