Hi, my name is Gena, and I am one of the facilitators for this class. Thank you for your interest in attending the Fall session as we learn ways to navigate through this difficult time together.
You will receive a workbook and watch a video where grief experts tackle topics such as "Is This Normal?" "Loneliness & Sadness," "Grief and Your Friendships," "Anger," and "Stuck in Grief." Plus, more! The beauty of this class are the people who attend. We help one another. You are not alone!
