GriefShare is an ongoing support group ministry. If you miss a session(s), you will be able to make-up session(s). Our support group is free. We will have a workbook that is also free. There is minor homework involved, mostly introspective - what you are feeling, thinking and wishing to ask and/or share with the group. All discussions are confidential. We will have a very informative video (30-40 mins) with counselors and others who have also lost loved ones: children, spouse, friend, etc. They offer suggestions on how to handle grief. They will also share their personal experiences. You are not alone, we are here for you, we have also lost loved ones.
