Welcome to the Spring 2024 Faith Avon GriefShare Support Group sponsored by Faith Lutheran Church & Preschool in Avon, Ohio. Our Pastor is Rev. David Woolsey.
By registering for a grief support group you are taking a positive step in working through your grief.
Over the 13-week session, you will become part of a group where people find support, direction, and help after a loved one's death. You will be encouraged by people who have been where you are, and you'll learn how to manage grief's emotions and stresses.
GriefShare is a Christian-based grief support program. However, all those seeking grief support are welcome to participate.
Please provide a telephone number and best time you can be reached for a brief telephone conversation with Trish High, the Program Coordinator.
Once you register online, GriefShare will notify Trish of your registration. Trish will call you within 2-3 days.
The purpose of this call is to get acquainted with you, the circumstances surrounding your loss, and to answer any questions that you might have about the GriefShare design. The call may also help you to decide if you are ready to take this step at this point in your grief journey.
We look forward to meeting you on Thursday April 4th for the first meeting of the Spring 2024 Faith Avon GriefShare Support Group Session.
