We are offering a hybrid group. We will meet in person for the first 7 weeks, and the additional 6 meetings will be online. This will afford an easier time commitment, as we know that everyone is very busy. Rest assured, you will receive the same information, resources and support you would receive by meeting in person for 13 weeks.
In person meetings are from 4/10/24 --5/21/24.
Online meetings are from 5/22/24 --7/3/24
