We are pleased to once again offer GriefShare support to those in our community who have experienced the prolonged impact caused by the death of a spouse, child, family member, or close friend. The 13-week session will begin Monday, February 12, 2024, and continue through May 20, 2024, with the exception of February 19, and April 1, 2024. Although we encourage you to attend all sessions when possible, you may register and begin attending anytime during the 13-week session.
The group will be led by caring lay people from our congregation with the support of our Pastoral staff. We are offering this program to those within our congregation who experience the loss of a loved one - as well as to people throughout our community who are grieving.
We are excited to be using the new, updated version 4 of GriefShare. Individuals who have previously attended GriefShare (version 3) and are returning will need to purchase a new workbook. The sessions have been completely rewritten with new topics and the previous sessions do not follow the current format. If you have previously attended version 4, there is no charge, as we only charge for the cost of the workbook.
