We will be meeting at Sentara Hospital (2300 Opitz Blvd, Woodbridge VA 22191) on first floor in the Hospital Chapel. Look for the sign that says “GriefShare”.

Everyone grieves differently and there is no one “right” answer for how to cope when someone you love dies. But you don't need to be alone in the process. This group offers you a safe, supportive environment for sharing your grief and learning from others who have experienced a loss of a loved one through death.
$10 covers the cost of your personal workbook.
