GriefShare in person classes are on Mondays.Beginning Jan 22, 2024
You may come at any time you desire, the sessions are helpful no matter where you start. You can pick up the ones you miss next time if you want.
Each session has a video that is about 30 minutes, a workbook for notes and helpful information to help us navigate this difficult journey of grief, time of discussion about the content of the video, and workbook.
The discussion time is also for expressing as much information as you desire, your feelings, pain, or any other thoughts.
