Scripture: Psalm 34:18 - The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit.

Losing a loved one is a devastating experience that can make you feel alone and hopeless. You may wonder if anyone can understand your pain and sorrow. But you don't have to face your grief alone.

At GriefShare, you'll find a caring, supportive community where you can share your feelings and experiences with others going through the same thing. You'll receive comfort, encouragement, and guidance on coping and healing.

GriefShare is a 13-week journey that will help you move from mourning to joy. You'll watch a weekly video featuring experts, real-life stories, and biblical teachings on grief. Then, you'll join a small group discussion where you can share as much or as little as you want. You'll also receive a workbook with daily exercises and reflections to help you process your grief.

No matter how long ago or how recently you lost your loved one, we know it hurts, and we want to help. Together, we'll explore topics such as Your Grief Journey, Sadness and loneliness, Fear and anxiety, Anger, Regrets, Grief and your Relationships, Questions for God, and Hope and Resilience.

Our GriefShare Group is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a family member or friend, regardless of your relationship with them.

You are welcome to join us by yourself or with a friend/loved one.

You are also welcome to bring your snack/food/drink.

GriefShare is specifically designed for people who are grieving the death of a person. If you are dealing with other types of losses, such as the death of a pet, the loss of a job, or a divorce, GriefShare may not address your needs. Please get in touch with me if you need help finding resources for these types of losses.
