I am so happy you reached out to us regarding GriefShare. I realize how overwhelming it can be after experiencing the loss of a loved one.
Our spring session is beginning the first Saturday of March, the 2nd. Many participants have benefited and found it to be supportive and encouraging even if they had to miss a session or two.
We are using the newer series 4.0 workbook which is needed for our sessions, if you have any questions or I can be of help please ask.
