Anyone who has lost a loved one, whether recently or years ago, is welcome to join us. What to expect: Nothing to fear. There will be a sign in and you will receive a participant's book. There will be a video and a discussion group. While GriefShare encourages a sharing of thoughts and feelings, no one should feel pressured to do so if they are not feeling able. There will be light refreshments available. We hope that this will be a healing time and provide concrete coping strategies for all attending.
Be aware that we occasionally need to change our schedule due to a conflict at our designated location (Hilton Baptist Church, 50 Lake Avenue, Hilton) or due to weather so, if you are planning on attending, it is important for us to have contact information so that we can notify you of any changes to our meeting place/time. Please sign up either on-line or by calling the church office (585-392-7990).
