On behalf of myself and my co-leaders, I want to congratulate you for taking this first step toward dealing with your grief. It is a painful journey but you will find in our GriefShare group that you are among men and women that are traveling the same path that you are. Everyone's grief journey is different and personal but you will find as we go through each of the thirteen week sessions that the different emotions you are dealing with will hopefully be addressed, either by the video or during group discussions. Our goal is to help you move toward a healing process and to discuss coping mechanisms as you deal with your loss.
Workbooks will be available for purchase although it is not mandatory to attend the sessions.
