Please come and join us as we go through our 13 week session on Grief. No matter what your loss we are here to help you process your grief, as well as help make new friends who are going through a loss as well.
It can be difficult going through all the emotions and you are probably wondering if they are normal. To answer the question there is no one way to deal with a loss we all go through it at different rates and in different order of emotion.
