This 13-week Thursday evening seminar led by those, who have lost a loved one through death, includes videos on how to deal with the loss, discussion of the videos and personal reflection completed by the participant.

One of our participants shared, "I immediately found the foundation to be solidly rooted in God's truths and the participants, who were all walking their own journey with grief, to be caring. I experienced printed material and videos with depth and wise, caring resource persons. I found facilitators and peers walking the journey all in a confidential and caring manner. Within this setting we explored this emotional journey, and I grew."
