If you are suffering from the loss of a loved one and don't know what to do or where to go, you have found the right place. Through videos and discussions we will work through your grief with you and give you ideas of how to deal with being stuck in grief. The program goes for 13 weeks and we have chosen this time of the year to specifically help you during the holidays. Feel free to reach out to me if you just want to talk in the meantime. Hope to see on November 9th!
