We will be meeting at Sentara Hospital (2300 Opitz Blvd, Woodbridge VA 22191) in waiting area on first floor after you pass the Hospital Chapel. Look for the sign that says “GriefShare”. We will be meeting in that area.

Everyone grieves differently and there is no one “right” answer for how to cope when someone you love dies. But you don't need to be alone in the process. This group offers you a safe, supportive environment for sharing your grief and learning from others who have experienced a loss of a loved one through death.
