Anyone who has lost a loved one, whether recently or years ago, is welcome to join us at any time. What to expect: Nothing to fear. There will be a sign in and you will receive a participant's book. There will be a video and a discussion group. While GriefShare encourages a sharing of thoughts and feelings, no one should feel pressured to do so if they are not feeling able. There will be light refreshments available. We hope that this will be a healing time for all attending. Note: There are at least two dates that have significant conflicts in our community - and will require a bit of shuffling. We also will be running a Surviving the Holiday during these sessions so our meetings will continue for a bit longer than 13 weeks.
