This is located in the Matthew 25 Center on Our Lady of Mt. Carmel's Campus. When you enter the campus off of 146th street, look to your right and you will see the Matthew 25 Building. Park in front and enter there. Please come in the main doors and the Merciful HELP entrance door is on the left!
