The journey of grief is a painful process and you do not need to walk it alone. You will find this to be a warm, caring environment, where you can be around people who understand the pain of losing a loved one. GriefShare is a weekly support group featuring videos with content from some of the nation's foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Each session is combined with a small group discussion time, led by others who have successfully recovered from their own grief. You are welcome to join us at any point in the 13 week cycle as each session is "self-contained".
