Thanks for having the courage to join a group of people who are trying to figure out what to do next in a situation that not only has left a huge void in your life but continues to be a struggle everywhere with the added stress of the remnant of our pandemic. I believe you will meet people who completely understand what you are going through and who also have the kindest, most genuine hearts to support you and receive your support. Healing comes in these groups. Believe it or not, we even laugh sometimes. It's a beautiful thing to be part of.

So, here's the scoop:

I'll send each of you a link to come into the Zoom meeting every Thursday a few minutes before 6 pm via email. You'll wait in the waiting room online until the meeting starts at 6. Ahead of the meeting, feel free to grab something to eat, drink, your workbook, some tissues, etc. Come as you are. No judgment here. We're just glad you came! We typically go for 1.5 hours but if you can plan on 2 hours, that's great. You can leave anytime you need to though. Again, we are here for each other for whatever time you can afford to give to the group.

We go over some guidelines, raise hand to talk, if noise in your home put your microphone on mute so it doesn't interfere with others talking. If anyone needs help with this, let me know. It's easy to do and I'll be happy to help you. You can use your phone, laptop, notebook, ipad, etc. to join. Some folks even join in their car driving home from work.

We will go through the workbook for 13 weeks. I'll send you the link to all the videos via email. I'll send it in a separate email that I'll mark "important to keep" so that you'll keep it handy to be able to easily access the videos. You can also access them online but it takes a few more steps to do so. You'll watch each weekly session video anytime you like before our Thursday sessions so that you'll know what we are talking about. Because you have the links at all times you can watch them and pause them whenever you like and repeat any as well. It's so convenient.

I'll send some handouts/enclosures to you weekly for the following week's session in preparation for it.
