The group is open for adults and is a Christian based ministry designed to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere where you will discover ways to get you through a difficult, stressful, and painful period after your loss. It doesn't have to be a recent loss as we all struggle sometimes for years with grief in many ways, so if you feel "stuck", this might just be what you need to move forward and gain some understanding in dealing with your unique situation.
