Now that the holidays are upon us and will soon go by in a blur and you're starting to slow down.......now what? How do I go on without my loved one? What do I do with all of this pain? You think to yourself, "I feel like I'm going crazy, am I?" Rest assured that you are not going crazy!!!
In GriefShare , we will discuss these topics and others as we navigate through our grief and find our "new normal". We will find tools to help us get through our grief and with God's help we will come out stronger than we ever thought we ever could be!!! Our pain will not disappear overnight, it will take time, but we know if you invest in your your healing process by spending time in your workbook, you will see a difference in yourself from when you first started the class.
Please note that there is a required workbook that can be purchased for $20 at the meeting.
