This on-line format is for the purpose of allowing you to watch sessions each week when and where it is most convenient for you. You will receive a weekly Zoom Invitation if you would like to join others for a brief connection along with the facilitator. No one is forced to share.

We are currently on-line but also saw the need during COVID-19 to add and reopen our in-person meetings to those needing that physical support. Masks and social distancing is required inside the facility. Light refreshment may be served.
