Hello, If you are reading this you know someone or you yourself has lost someone very dear to you. During the pandemic the isolation and loneliness has been magnified. Without funerals, closure has been difficult. The program is 13 weeks long with a different topic/video each week with followup discussion and workbook. Our facilitators have experience grief themselves. During Covid social distancing and masks are required. Please also bring your own drink and snack. Unfortunately we will have to limit the people we can register. Please call Christie to register. Thank you.
