We will be meeting ON LINE until the ALL CLEAR is given and we can meet in person. The program consists of watching videos, discussing them and your loss, and working the exercises in the workbook. Just a Note: You don't have to share if you don't want to. Hearing others share can be just as valuable. We welcome you! This is a difficult time and we want to help.
