Welcome to Griefshare: You are to be commended for taking the step of coming to this Griefshare group. In the weeks to come, you'll discover how helpful it is to be around people who have an understanding of how you feel. These people will accept where you're at in your Grief and will offer encouragement and support in the days to come. Your Griefshare experience includes three key elements that work together to help you recover from the deep hurt of loss. We encourage you to commit to taking part in all three aspects of Griefshare. 1. The Video seminar 2. The Group discussion and 3. The Personal workbook.
There are 13 Sessions and each session will last an hour and half starting at 6:00PM and ending at 7:30PM. Registration fee is $20.00, this is for the workbook, Your class registration can be completed online at cthgriefspt@gmail.com. Welcome to Griefshare.
