We will have some introductions as we meet on Monday Jan 6th at 6:30, giving you an overview, the class workbook ($15) that you'll use each week, and allowing you to hear our story while you share as much of your story as you are comfortable sharing. We'll continue to meet each Monday at the same time, usually wrapping up around 8 pm.
The course centers around the video session each week (30-40 minutes), the workbook that you should use between sessions to help process that week's lesson, and our discussions before & after each week's video. The content is rich with a lot of reassurance and guidance for the grief process. We feel that you will benefit a lot for having attended.
To get to the church's conference room, enter the lobby and walk down the hallway on the right. We meet in the last room on the right side, just before the stairs.
