So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, "We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty."
Luke 17:10
My name is Mark Emond Sr, 57, married 35 years to Patty, we have fours sons and five grandchildren. My Dad, brother and many other loved ones are with Jesus already; because of God's grace (His undeserved love for us)! I would like to welcome and invite anyone in the community or surrounding area that may need or want help dealing with their grief. People have driven from as far as Portage and Neshkoro. With the Lord's guidance I have been able to be a GriefShare Facilitator for nearly 5 years and have seen many success stories with this program; I continue to do it because I believe it HAS made a difference to help many learn to live and deal with their grief, that includes me. Some people have come to 3-13 week sessions in a row. Some even come periodically as a refresher. I start a session in September and then again in January time frame. I am not able to do a third because my summers are VERY busy. I have NEVER charged anyone anything for attending. Many have donated to the program and if I need and don't have money for materials I also contribute; it is important to me not to make people pay; I DO NOT want to charge someone to help them with their grief. After all Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins; out of love for Him I try to help others as He sees fit. As GriefShare encourages; I request coming to 3 sessions and give it a try. I believe you will stay for the 13 weeks; suggestions are welcome. Call me and leave a voicemail. I will return your call. With so many telemarketers, I pick up only calls I recognize. Bring someone along if you would rather not come alone. I have regular & decaf coffee, water, and cranberry juice available. Periodically I bring something to snack on and many times participants bring something. May God continue to bless the success of this program. To God be the glory great things He has done! (When I am not able to be at a session; I let the group know ahead of time and I have a VERY CAPABLE man, Jim Wacholtz, that will fill in). I encourage you to try out the program. I believe it will be well worth your time; and that is the only price you pay, is your time! Letting me know you are coming is greatly appreciated; since I stock only a limited amount of extra materials God's continued blessings to you. Please note: As soon as I am able to schedule the last four sessions (10-13) I will put in the Marquette County Tribune and on this site. Because of the Corona Virus we are not able to meet. I apologize for that but it is not in my control. God has a plan. Please call me if you have any suggestions, comments, or concerns. I would be more than willing to hear them and try to accomodate them. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time for our world. Remember our Heavenly Father knows best!
