This session starting in August is so important because it finishes just before the year-end holiday season. Many find these times difficult because our loved one has passed away.
We also offer a single session in November titled,"Surviving the Holidays" which is so helpful in dealing with all the pressures of family times and friends gathering. Watch this website for dates and times. And call me if have questions.
