Welcome to our GriefShare group. I know looking into a group of this nature and topic can be challenging. Please know that it is normal and natural to have some trepidation in joining a grief group. I strive as the group facilitator to try and make the group dynamic a healthy one that can promote healing and confidentiality as you navigate your thoughts, feelings, and emotions surrounding your loved one's death. Please join us Sunday nights, even if it's in the middle of our cycle. You are welcome at any point.
