Welcome. The afternoon session typically has a smaller group. A smaller group allows for flexibility in rescheduling a meeting, doubling up on meetings, and/or offering make-up meetings. We all have conflicts from time to time. The first session is primarily for orientation purposes. The 2nd and 3rd meetings lay out the foundation of the GriefShare program. Attendance of these meetings greatly facilitate the benefit of the program. I believe in the program and will help guide you through your healing process. Grief is painful and can be debilitating in the extreme. For many, this program has helped them work through their pain and find comfort. The slogan of GriefShare is "From Mourning to Joy". I am committed to helping you through this process. If you are in pain. If you feel stuck in your grief. If you are tired and fatigued by grief, come to the first session and let's talk about your loss.
