Grief Share is an excellent tool to help someone who has lost a loved one. The program helps give words to how your feeling..what to say when someone you know has lost someone they love and how to show support to that person. The support of the group helps you to feel like you are not alone in your grief.
We meet for 13 weeks.
In the fall we offer the Surviving the Holidays video.
