Your life has changed forever. The daily emotions and challenges can seem just too hard to bear. This seminar is geared specifically for those who have lost their spouse.
You who have suffered this loss understand just how much it effects your everyday life. GriefShare has put this special seminar together to address just this. The video shown and the booklet you will receive contain information to help you find your way through this "journey", practical ideas that will lead you while you feel you don't know in what direction you should go.
Following introductions, there is a video, followed by a discussion. There is no obligation to share, only do so if you feel ready and up to it. This is hard...we know.
Each member of our team has lost a spouse, as well. You are understood. We look forward to meeting you and walking with you through this difficult journey of your loss of a spouse. It will be a safe place to share, and to learn tools to help manage your grief.
