When you lose someone that you loved, the journey through grief is hard, tough and sometimes lonely. Join our group on Thursday evenings. You will find that the journey is not lonely when you have people that understand what you are going through. Each session will cover a period of your journey and help you understand what you are feeling and how to deal with it. There is a workbook that you will receive on the first day.
