Our program is open to anyone who has suffered a loss and finds it difficult to get through the holiday season no matter how long ago your loved one passed. Join us online from the comfort and privacy of your home on Sunday, November 7 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST on Zoom. Participants will learn:

• How to deal with emotions
• What to do about traditions
• Helpful tips for surviving social events
• How to find hope for the future

This special program is free but we request that you register beforehand on St. Luke's website to ensure we have enough participant workbooks for all who attend. You are welcome to join our program from wherever you are in the world. Workbooks will be available for pickup at the church office in Building C beginning October 22 through November 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekends. If you do not live locally, please email or call the Care office at 407.876.4991 ext. 262 so we can help get your workbook to you via other options. You will receive the Zoom login information in your registration confirmation email once you have registered with St. Luke's. We hope you will join us.
