Isaiah 53:3-4 says, "He was despised and forsaken of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief...Surely our griefs He Himself bore, and our sorrows He carried” Grief is an overwhelming emotion that can look so many different ways, and is unknowable until it knows you fully. We at Northland church believe deeply in the transforming power of presence in each others lives, and that may be nowhere more tangible than in the face of the death of a loved one. That is why we have offered GriefShare, an international Grief Recovery program for over 10 years and will be doing so again. If you or someone you care for has suffered loss recently, please come and be a part of this healing community where together we will pursue Christ as the only one who can carry our grief.
