Welcome to GriefShare at Heartland. Experiencing the loss of a loved one can be both a devastating and isolating experience, however you don't need to walk through grief alone. Discover how to move towards healing and hope with others who have also experienced the loss of someone close to them. This group is offered on-site at Heartland in a safe and welcoming environment.
