My husband and mother went to be with the Lord within 4 months of each other. A friend talked me into going to Grief Share with her. She was grieving the loss of her 16 year old granddaughter. Going to Grief Share was the very best thing we could have done for ourselves. Without it, I don't know how we would have learned to worked through our grief and take care of ourselves. If you have suffered the loss of someone you love, I would encourage you to attend 3 meetings to see if it is right for you.
