Lynda and I would like to welcome you to attend our GriefShare group starting in the Fall. We are the facilitators to help you in your journey from mourning to joy. Grieving is a very hard, sad, confusing time in life.
As you come, you will meet others that are grieving, and hear practical and healthy ways to process your grief through videos and discussion time.
You will find out that you aren't alone or going crazy (even though, at times, it may feel like this). You will find out how normal you are and how normal the process is. There is hope.
Every week we will serve coffee/tea and a snack. If you have any diet restrictions, please let us know.
