Janice Cruz, program director who has also experienced the death of a loved one, will gently lead you through a 13 week cycle. Mrs. Cruz and her GriefShare Team will provide love and support as they walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You are welcome to begin attending GriefShare Support Group at any point. Each session is "self contained", so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will be able to pick up any sessions you missed during the next 13 week cycle.
