Pan to come in comfortable casual clothing, feel free to bring a bottle of water, cup of coffee, soft drink and a notebook if you wish. Rest rooms are close by for personal needs.
Cell phones are to be shut OFF during the meeting to deter any interruption. We will be dealing with some very sensitive situations and must have the atmosphere to do so
