GriefShare is a weekly support group that is led by caring people who have experienced grief and successfully rebuilt their lives. It is a warm, caring environment to help you along your journey of grief. We start by watching a short information packed video and then discuss it in small groups. The workbook contains personal study exercises to reinforce the weekly content. You can join us at any point as each session is "self-contained" and doesn't need to be watched in sequence.
