If you need help navigating the process of grief and you would like some help, you've come to the right place. We watch a 30 minute video that helps us think through some of the issues involved with grief and then we have a time to talk and share. We do cancel due to bad weather if the Norman public schools cancel and our sessions are over by the time school lets out in the spring. Each session stands alone. So it's okay if you can't make it every week.
